Summer@MA 2026

Parents who wish to register their child for Camp Eagle AND one Enrichment Camp within the same week will receive a discounted rate. Please pay attention to the grade expectations for each camp. Students registered for Camp Eagle Plus must meet the grade requirement for both Camp Eagle and the Enrichment Camp.

Students registered for Camp Eagle Plus should follow all drop off and pick up instructions for Camp Eagle.

Our enrichment camps allow students to explore a myriad of interests. These camps are organized by Athletic and Game Camps, Art and Specialty Camps, and Academic Camps. These offerings run for either 3 days or 5 days as a morning session or afternoon session. 

All camps require a $40 nonrefundable deposit that is paid towards the total cost of each camp.

• Option 1: Payment is paid in full at the time of registration and includes the $40 nonrefundable deposit.
• Option 2: A $40 nonrefundable deposit is paid for each camp you sign up for at the time of registration. The remainder of the camp balance will be automatically processed on the first day the camp session begins. 

A request for refund must be emailed to summer@montgomeryacademy.org at least 48 hours before the start of the camp to receive a full refund minus the deposit. It is the caregiver’s responsibility to modify or cancel reservations by the deadline if the camper’s scheduled attendance changes. Missed days within a session cannot be prorated. Cost is not based on attendance. 

• Camp Eagle: Once a camp week has begun, refunds may be granted for medical or emergency circumstances only. An explanation must be provided as well as a doctor's note for medical related circumstances for a refund request to be considered. Additional documentation may be requested by Montgomery Academy. Partial or full refunds for medical or emergency circumstances will be at the discretion of Montgomery Academy after reviewing the request. No refunds will be issued for Camp Eagle Drop-Ins.
• Enrichment Camps: Because Enrichment camps are operated by third party vendors, no refunds can be granted for Enrichment camps once they have begun.

If Montgomery Academy must cancel a camp due to low enrollment, you will be notified at least a full week prior to camp starting and issued a refund for any payment made. Montgomery Academy reserves the right to change the details of any camp/session.

All camps will be located on the Vaughn Road Campus at 3240 Vaughn Road, Montgomery, AL 36106. Procedures for pick-up and drop-off can be found in the Parent Information Guide linked above.

Enrichment camp instructors will send additional information regarding their specific camps before their first meeting.
