We understand that your family may be sharing devices during this time. This is one of the reasons that we are holding so few synchronous class meetings. If your family does not have a tablet or computer in your household, please contact John Tracy and Larry Vinson at email@example.com.
Fourth and fifth grade students will have access to school email through Gmail. If your child needs help recalling his or her email address or needs the password reset, contact Jenny Cone at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Middle & Upper School:
Students will use Google Meet for synchronous meetings. Students will receive linked invitations to Google Meet sessions from their teachers through their email or through links posted on teacher portal pages.
Neither Google Classroom nor Google Meet require additional accounts or passwords. Students already have access through their existing Google logins.
Our students’ social and emotional well-being continues to be a priority — even in a remote learning environment. Our counselors and nurses will continue to be resources for the MA community and we recognize that this support may look different “at a distance.” As we adapt to our new norm this is a time of many questions, concerns, and emotions.
We continue to follow our campus protocols for deep cleaning and sanitization. In addition, we encourage everyone in our community to continue practicing good hygiene and following the CDC's recommendations for "social distancing."
As of Monday, March 16, access to campus is restricted to essential personnel.
