Admission to Honors/AP Courses

  1. Student should present a grade of 90 or better in the previous sequential course, 85 or better in an Honors or AP offering.
  2. Student's name should appear on an approval list filed with appropriate Department Chair.
  3. Appeals for exceptions will be entertained on a case-by-case basis and must be launched in writing. Written appeals may only be granted by the Upper School Director in concert with the instructor of the course.
  4. Additional course specific requirements may exist in some disciplines.
