Building and Grounds Maintenance

Summary of the position: The building and grounds maintenance worker performs maintenance and repairs to ensure that all students, faculty, and the community are provided a safe, attractive and clean environment for learning and work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining school buildings and grounds in top condition
Arrange furniture and equipment for special events
Perform routine repairs that do not require a specialized technician
Assist with maintaining athletic fields
Communicate with users of the athletic fields
Restores fields damaged by weather, use, or other conditions
Perform other related duties as assigned
