Annual-Payment Plan    

•Textbooks, supplies, lab and art fees and field trips are additional charges that will be billed separately during the school year. These charges vary by grade level.

*The yearbook and admission to home games are included in the activity fee.

**Snacks for Kindergarten through Fourth Grade are included in the tuition for those grades.

Three-Payment Plan
The three-payment plan requires a $750 non-refundable deposit for Kindergarten and a $500 non-refundable deposit for grades 1-12 due with the return of the enrollment contract. Forty percent of the remaining balance is due on June 1, 2010; 20 percent is due on August 2, 2010; and 40 percent is due on January 10, 2011.

Monthly-Payment Plan
The monthly-payment plan is 12 equal payments beginning March 1 and ending February 1 (11 payments for Kindergarten beginning with a $750 non-refundable deposit March 9 and 10 monthly payments of $497 May 1 through February 1). A $500 non-refundable deposit is included in the first monthly payment.

After-School Programs

Fee Schedule 2010-2011

K+     Kindergarten-Afternoon Program     12:10 p.m. -3:10 p.m.
The Academy offers an optional non-academic afternoon of fun and care for our kindergarten students. Children eat lunch in the dining room and return to the classrooms for rest time. Play time activities with friends always bring smiles, and our K+ program will be quality care PLUS extra fun! Also, parents have the option of their kindergarten children joining other Academy students in our Lower School after-school program, MA+.* The fees for the K+ program from 12:10 p.m.-3:10 p.m., September-May, including lunch will be: 4 days per week or more for $2,124 ($236 per month); 3 days per week or less for $1,512 ($168 per month). There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee.

MA+   After-School Care Program               3:10 p.m. -6:00 p.m.
Academy students from kindergarten through fourth grade may attend MA+, an after-school care program at the Lower School campus. The basic schedule includes an energizing snack, supervised homework with special individual help and encouragement of organizational and study skills. Students also engage in active play, quiet games, and arts and crafts. The fees for the MA+ program from 3:10 p.m.-6:00 p.m., September-May will be: 4 days per week or more for $1,890 ($210 per month); 3 days per week or less for $1,305 ($145 per month). There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee.

K+ and MA+ will follow the school calendar. However, if the Academy is on a half-day schedule, we will extend our MA+ after-school care if necessary.

Middle School Campus
The Montgomery Academy offers an After-Hours Study Program Monday-Thursday for our Middle School students in grades 5-8 from 3:10-5:00 p.m. during the school year in the Garzon Library. There is no fee for this service. A fee of $10 per day will be assessed if students are not picked up by 5:00 p.m. No service will be provided on days when the Academy is on a half-day schedule.
