Alumni Weekend 2010 promises to be a weekend to remember!
Journey back to the Academy for a fun-filled weekend with former classmates, friends, and faculty! There's no better place to reconnect than at The Montgomery Academy. Whether you are traveling across town, across the country or across the globe, we hope to see you for this special weekend.
To make your reservations, please click here. In order for us to properly prepare food and make appropriate space accommodations on campus, we must have your reservations by September 27. Late reservations will be accepted, however there will be an additional charge of $10 per person, per event.
Friday, October 8
Alumni Tent Party - This event is free
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Bring your family and stop by the Alumni tent for great food while visiting with friends and faculty. Don't miss the opportunity to meet Dave Farace, our new Head of School. Stay and watch the MA Eagles take on the Clarke County Bulldogs at the Homecoming Football game.
Saturday, October 9
Reunion Family Picnic and Campus Tours
11:00 - 12:30 - Cost is $8 per adult and $5 for children 4 years and older
Schedule of Events:
11:10 - First campus tour begins
11:30 - Second campus tour begins
Both tours end in the James W. Wilson, Jr. Theater with a short video presentation.
11:50 – Lunch - Bring your blankets and chairs – we will provide the rest!
During the campus tours, our MA Ambassadors will entertain your children with arts and crafts activities, a kickball game and more!
Casual Alumni Mixer and Reunion Dinners
6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
6:30 p.m. Join us in the Johnson Garden for wine, beer and hors d’oeuvres with your classmates. Cash Bar. Dressy Casual
7:30 p.m. Reunion Class pictures
7:45 p.m. Individual Reunion Class Dinners ($30 per person which includes one drink voucher to the cash bar)
